Notes:

* Pursuant to Section 12 (1) of the National Historic Parks General Regulations, the use of over-snow vehicles in the Chilkoot Trail National Historic Site of Canada (CTNHS) is designated as restricted, prohibiting their use during the non-motorized weekends.  This includes the operation, loading, and unloading of over-snow vehicles in the entire CTNHS, including the Log Cabin parking lot.  Non-motorized weekends include all of the Friday, Saturday and Sunday and are generally scheduled as every third weekend throughout the winter season, as identified on the above schedule.  All other days are considered “multi-use” during which snowmobiles are allowed. The schedule for each season is usually made available some time in November and posted here shortly after.  Any questions or comments regarding the CTNHS please contact Parks Canada at (867) 667-3910 or 1-800-661-0486, or visit https://www.pc.gc.ca/en/lhn-nhs/yt/chilkoot
