After filling out the form please choose one of the three options:

Option 1:
Submit your completed membership form electronically using the “Submit” button above, and then e-transfer your membership fee to klonsnow@gmail.com (please set the security question answer to KSA2021), or call us at 867 667 7680 for credit card payment information.

Option 2:
Print your completed form then mail it with a cheque for your membership fee to:

Option 3:
Print your completed form then drop it off at Sport Yukon (4061 4th Avenue in Whitehorse, please check sportyukon.com for current open hours) and pay your membership fee there with cash or cheque.

After we receive your completed form and payment we will mail you a membership package to the address you provided on this form.  Please allow up to two weeks for our volunteers to process your membership and Canada Post to get it to you.
