After filling out the form please choose one of the three options:
Option 1:
Send your completed membership form electronically using the “Submit” button above, and then e-transfer your membership fee to klonsnow@gmail.com.
Option 2:
Print your completed form then mail it with a cheque for your membership fee to:

Option 3:
Print your completed form then drop it off at Sport Yukon (4061 4th Avenue in Whitehorse, please check sportyukon.com for current open hours) and pay your membership fee there with cash or cheque.
After we receive your completed form and payment we will mail you a membership package to the address you provided on this form. Please allow up to two weeks for our volunteers to process your membership and Canada Post to get it to you.
The Canada Post labour dispute is affecting our membership mailouts. We are offering a temporary pick up service through Sport Yukon for anyone sending online membership forms, please allow one week for our volunteers to process your membership.
We are in the process of issuing temporary electronic cards. This can take up to two weeks to arrive in your inbox.
If you have sent in your membership prior to Friday 26 September and have not yet received your cards, or if you are joining us from a community outside of Whitehorse, please contact us to arrange a solution.
