Easter Weekend Snowmobiling

Easter weekend is a great time for snowmobilers to get up into the backcountry and enjoy some late season snowmobiling.

We’d like to remind all snowmobilers of a few simple but important tips:

• Be prepared with proper clothing and gear.
• Check weather forecasts, road reports and avalanche conditions before you go.
• Help out other backcountry enthusiasts by sending in condition reports after your ride.
• Be considerate of others when you park trucks and trailers at staging areas, as parking space is limited and staging areas often fill up on long weekends.
• Never go into potential avalanche terrain without avalanche equipment and training.
• Always respect the land, wildlife, other snowmobilers and other outdoor enthusiasts.
• Ride safe, ride sober.
• Be safe, be kind, and have fun!
