Help Us Spread The Word!
27 September 2021 – Klondike Snowmobile Association
Spread the word! Share far and wide!
It’s Klondike Snowmobile Association membership season once again, and for much of the Yukon the snow has also arrived just in time to remind everyone.
All 2020/2021 Klondike Snowmobile Association memberships will expire on 30 September 2021. We would like to take this opportunity to thank everyone who has already renewed for the 2021/2022 season, encourage members who haven’t yet renewed to renew their membership, and also encourage any potential new members to go ahead and sign up.
Klondike Snowmobile Association memberships are a great way to support snowmobiling in the Yukon, and anyone can sign up as a new member or renew an expiring membership any time through our website at https://ksa.yk.ca.
Signing up early in the season will ensure you get the most bang for your buck with our membership benefits. All Klondike Snowmobile Association members continue to enjoy our great benefits year-round, including discounts on fuel, clothing, hotels, snowmobile rentals, auto parts, and much more!
Our membership benefits are generously provided by our corporate members and other local businesses, so your all of your membership fees will go directly to supporting snowmobiling in the Yukon. Your support is greatly appreciated, and the benefits you’ll receive in return can more than cover the cost of your membership.
Snowmobile associations such as the Klondike Snowmobile Association work hard for you year round. Many of these clubs and associations, including the Klondike Snowmobile Association, are volunteer operated and rely heavily on annual membership fees to fund their work. Here in the Yukon Klondike Snowmobile Association volunteers are working for you every day year-round by:
- Grooming hundreds of kilometres of multi-use trail every winter
- Brushing and maintaining multi-use trails year-round in Whitehorse and throughout the Yukon
- Working as the Trans Canada Trail agent for the Yukon
- Advocating for Yukon snowmobilers at local, territorial, national and international levels
- Developing positive and productive relationships with other user groups
- Promoting snowmobile education and safety programs
- Hosting community snowmobile events
- Posting and sharing Yukon snowmobiling news and trail conditions
- And much more.
Some Yukoners may be new to snowmobiling and some snowmobilers new to the Yukon may not be aware of the work we do, so we are kindly asking everyone to please help us out by simply spreading the word about who we are, what we do, and why every Yukon snowmobiler should sign up.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to welcoming all new and renewing members!
