K.S.A. Strategic Planning Survey

11 January 2024 – Klondike Snowmobile Association

Hi Klondike Snowmobile Association Members and Supporters,

As we kick-off the 2024 year the Klondike Snowmobile Association has started planning ahead and setting up for success for the next 5-10 years.

Our work on this includes:
~ gathering information and ideas from Members & Supporters
~ developing a Strategic Plan
~ refining our priorities
~ developing a Volunteer Program Plan 
~ expanding our Volunteer base
~ making sure our Volunteers feel engaged and valued, while having fun and mastering new skills

This project is being funded through a Trans Canada Trail capacity building grant, and we have engaged local consulting business Wendy Morrison/ YZED Projects to help with this planning work. 

The first big step in this process is to gather some input from our membership. To make this easy we’ve set up a quick online survey for our members to complete. Survey responses will be used as a collective and will be kept confidential.
