Winter is here, and with that comes another season of holiday gatherings. Please enjoy responsibly and avoid operating snowmobiles while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

Alcohol and drugs continue to be a major factor in nearly 50% of all fatal snowmobile accidents in Canada. In addition to the dangers, here in the Yukon you can be charged with impaired driving if you are found operating a snowmobile (or any other off-road vehicle) while under the influence. Ride safe and ride sober, and encourage your friends and family to do the same.
