Snowmobiling Is Good For Your Health

The science is in: Snowmobiling actually is good for your health! The Canadian Council of Snowmobile Organizations (C.C.S.O.) has recently published a document outlining eight different ways that snowmobiling has been proven to benefit your physical and mental health throughout the winter season.
Most snowmobile rides meet the criteria for moderate physical activity, and snowmobiling once per week often meets the recommended minimum weekly minutes of moderate excersice.
Snowmobiling is also a great way to reduce anxiety, improve confidence, and combat the effects of Seasonal Affective Disorder, which is a common occurrence during long and dark Yukon winters.
