At this time the Klondike Snowmobile Association does not offer training courses, however there are several snowmobile related training options currently available within the Yukon from private companies and other groups.

The Safe Riders program is completely free and we encourage everyone to check it out. It’s a great supplement to any formal training and a convenient way for experienced snowmobilers to refresh their knowledge. Almost all snowmobile tours and rentals available in the Yukon include a mandatory basic safety training session, which covers everything a beginner would need to know to operate a snowmobile safety. Please check with the company you booked with for more information.
