2021 International Take A Friend Snowmobiling Week

February 6th through 14th 2021 is International Take A Friend Snowmobiling Week!

Surveys show that there are many people in our community who are interested in snowmobiling, but just aren’t sure where or how to begin.

The International Take A Friend Snowmobiling campaign was launched several years ago to address this by encouraging snowmobilers to invite their non-snowmobiling friends, family, neighbors and co-workers out for a snowmobile ride to show them how to safely get started and let them experience first hand what snowmobiling is all about.

At the Klondike Snowmobile Association we encourage all of our members to take advantage of this great opportunity to introduce your friends, family, neighbors and co-workers to snowmobiling. If you have any extra snowmobiles and/or riding gear this is a great excuse to dust them off, invite some friends, show them a few safety tips, and get out for a ride so they experience the wonderful world of snowmobiling with you. Ask around, you’d be surprised how many people are interested!

Also, we’d like to invite everyone to our Annual Take A Friend Snowmobiling group ride here in Whitehorse, now scheduled for Saturday 13 Feb 2021.
